Change is hard, our brains are wired to do the same thing over and over again. Old habits stick and new habits are hard to form.
All true but not the full picture.
Change isn’t always hard, change can be fun, change is a great way to experiment with life.
I think the heavy burden of change is partly down to language. We use change as synonymous with big, transformational changes and that type of fundamental change can be hard and takes a lot of contemplation and planning as well as careful execution.
But change is also a range of other activities.
Small tweaks, redirections, experiments, trying things out are all change and can have significant positive impact on how we live and how we perceive our life experience.
